Steps how to reproduce with DE SeaMonkey 2.35(γ) (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:38.0 nightly by Adrian Kalla) Gecko/20100101 Build 20150616034436 (Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit
1. Menu 'Help → Help contents'
2. in Contents pane scroll down to SeaMonkey Mail verwenden →
Anhänge benutzen'
» You will see a sub item "Anh%#228;nge ansehen und öffnen"
instead of "Anhänge anzeigen und öffnen"
Additonal info:
a) Contents pane with 2 errors:
a1) Shows encoding
a2) wrong "ansehen" instead of "anzeigen"

No screenshot needed for something that trivial. ;-) Fixed in https://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/de/rev/4d455ea33995 https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-aurora/de/rev/ca4a913efc26 https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-beta/de/rev/b4a0684fafab All that said, help is not maintained in either the en-US or (even less) the de version, nowadays. The SeaMonkey project really should remove help from the package and put it on a community-editable website instead (like Firefox did with SUMO).
