Details

Some html pages use tooltip to supply a little extra information.  For example,
on http://www.mozillazine.org/ bug numbers are most often annotated with bug
summaries.  That's cool.

However, to see those tooltips I have to turn on all tooltips.  That's not so
cool.  I really don't need to be reminded what the back button does any more.

Can we please have the choices
[ ] No tooltips whatsoever.
[ ] Only tooltips in www pages.
[ ] Tooltip in www pages and user interface.

(Or two independent binary choices.)
