Right now we do not support gestures for move last and move first. We need to start supporting them for all platforms.

We also have this: bug 972035
It seems like this feature in Android is not very useful. It doesn't allow going to the top or bottom of a document. Just to the top/bottom of the items on the screen. A user could simply touch the bottom or top of the screen too.

It may be next to impossible to implement in Firefox, and AFAICT it is not implemented in Chrome.
Since Talkback does not support this feature, I am marking this as wontfix.
