Steps to reproduce:

Load any youtube video, go into fullscreen mode


Actual results:

Adobe flash plugin crash


Expected results:

Play the video on fullscreen mode without problem

Youtube is using MSE as of 38. That should address the issue. Maybe clear your profile if you have something forcing flash.
