Details

This covers the Mac implementation of NS_THEME_TEXTFIELD for XUL text fields,
XUL text fields in our few combo boxes, HTML text inputs, HTML text areas, the
editor, the mail HTML editor, the mail plain text editor, and other edit widgets.

These widgets are now implemented.  Bug 142334 is being used as a tracking bug
for enabling this feature by default; until then you can get native theme
support by setting NATIVE_THEME_SUPPORT=1 in your environment when building Mozilla.
