User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0
Build ID: 20150714030206

Steps to reproduce:

Example of long page and a huge quantity of information.

If you go to its bottom and you need to go up it will take unnecessary time.
For the ease of use its better to add a "up" button. This button will just execute the "home" keyboard button function, but in fact it will make UI better.
The example of button added to attachments.

There are no explicit design guidelines for this feature. Please try and keep with the style of the rest of the site.

If you have any troubles, you can contact me by email or in the #sumodev channel on irc.mozilla.org (I'm Mythmon there).
