[Messages][DSDS] SIM information is incorrect after launching the app while in airplane mode

Details

STR:
1. Use a DSDS device with 2 SIMs.
2. Ensure you have some SMS that show up the SIM number in their "bubble".
3. Enable airplane mode.
4. Ensure that the Messages app is not running.
5. Launch the Messages app.
6. Display the previous SMS again.
=> The SIM information is missing. This is quite expected.
7. Disable airplane mode.
=> The SIM information is still missing, even after moving to the inbox and opening the conversation again.
