unable to create new products

Can't call method "default_security_group" on an undefined value at ./extensions/BMO/Extension.pm line 166
fixes this error, and tweaks the 'sec-group needs to be shown/shown' to accommodate for no selected group and default/mandatory groups.

reopening - hit another error when creating a product:

DBD::mysql::db do failed: Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails

oh, the fk error has a different cause.  will file a new bug.
