Details

Top changers is not worth maintaining. It doesn't get much use, representing 0.6% of site traffic over a month. Let's remove it.

This has landed on stage, tests have been updated to reflect this nuance. Once this lands on prod we partake in one of my favorite activities.

Top Changers was removed in prod, so we also removed it completely from our tests in https://github.com/mozilla/Socorro-Tests/pull/332 and https://github.com/mozilla/Socorro-Tests/pull/334, just FYI.
