Steps to reproduce:

Win8.1Tbird38.1.0/Address Book/Tools/Export/.cvs format


Actual results:

Creates column headings for Excel but no data rows.  
Contact info remains OK in the Tbird Address Book.  
No contact info reaches Excel.  
It WAS working about a week ago.

also for the ".ldif" (default) file type.

From the "Address Book", Tools -> Export... -> specify filename (using default filetype .ldif) produces a zero length file. This is repeatable, it has never worked for me in v38.3.0 (I updated from v37 where it has been working (as in just before I updated I generated a 1,225 KB .ldif address book. The existing address book seems to be ok.

The above is true for "All Address Books".

The workaround is to highlight/export each Address Book invidually.
