Steps to reproduce:

1) Run Firefox 39.0 on OSX 10.6.8 as VirtualBox guest OS
2) Open Developer Tools. It works fine.
3) Enable browser chrome and add-on debugging toolboxes, remote debugging in Toolbox Options
4) Open Browser Toolbox

Preferences:
- No e10s mode
- Disable hardware acceleration
- layers.acceleration.disabled = true
- layers.offmainthreadcomposition.enabled = false


Actual results:

Browser Toolbox is not rendered. Noise appears when window size is changed. Please refer to the attached image.


Expected results:

Browser Toolbox should be rendered correctly in VirtualBox.
