STR:
1) Tap the URL bar.
2) Click a panel to make the text field lose focus.
3) Long press the URL bar.

The Paste/Paste & Go/Copy Address menu still appears even though we're in editing mode.
Fixed by URL bar refactor (bug 1184239).
