Details

I need to write up a description of this test, especially how developers can use
it to measure window open times.  This page should go somewhere in the
mozilla.org performance area.

I'd also like to have Chris McAfee put a link to this info on the page he
generates to display window open results.
sure, pass the bug along to me when there is a doc ready.

No good milestones for these kind of bugs and I'm getting grief about too many 
untargetted.  I want to fix this for mozilla1.0.
