The title pretty much says it.  Every attempt to send mail (and I confirmed all
settings and operation of mail-send with my working NS4.79) doesn't go through.

But you probably know this already . . .

I reported this bug and want to unreport it.  Sorry.

Found a corrupted file in the directory from previos version.  Re-installed and
mail is, in fact, working.
