I'm trying to debug an issue with taskcluster-vcs, but the stack I'm getting is referring to a line number that doesn't match the head of the repository.

We really should be dumping out the versions of docker-worker, tc-vcs and any other tools which we manage in the image.  This makes debugging possible.
From a docker-worker perspective, we could dump out to papertrail various packages that it's using to troubleshoot worker specific issues.  If this is an issue of outputting versions within a task container, that would be up to the task container itself and not within the worker.  The worker has no concept of things running in the container.
