Description:
When there are a lot of status bar icons users cannot see all of them while in an app because of the search bar. if the user opens the utility tray and then closes it they can see all of the icons in the status bar overlapping the search bar for a moment.

Prerequisite:
Turn on a lot of things that have status bar icons (Bluetooth, Wifi, NFC, ADB, etc)

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150804030213
2) Open an app that shows the status bar
3) Open utility tray
4) close utility tray
5) Observe status bar

Actual:
All status bar icons are visible in the status bar for a moment

Expected:
It is expected that the user cannot see all the icons in the status bar when the search bar is present.
