Details

Reflows are expensive, but restyles can be as well (even if they don't trigger a reflow).

We should have a way to test that specific scenario does not trigger a restyle.

We also need a way to distinguish restyles with different hints (eg: Self vs Animation restyles).

NI janx who can file other necessary bugs to make this happen.
