Last bug to remove the aero tree.

This patch removes the complete aero tree. All remaining icons needed, if a XP- and a aero version are existing, a correct rename to differ both. This needs also touching already changed css files again.

Just for my own reference (Mail Summaries tries to match Thunderbird's theming), this is just merging the two Windows themes into one, right? There aren't any visual changes?
