Cleartype does not require 3d hardware, what excuse is there for a browser whose main function is still rendering text, to not use optimal subpixel aa?

actually, acceleration does not enable cleartype everywhere

it fixes:

1. tab bar
2. bookmark bar
3. entered urlbar and search box text
4. status bar
5. urlbar identity button

grayscale aa remains in:

1. main menu bar
2. urlbar and search box placeholder text

I do not have Windows7.
At least, it fixed by Bug 1007702 on Win10

I can still reproduce the problem on Windows10 FCU Nightly61.0a1 x64.
