Firefox for Android

Steps to reproduce:

Using stock, unrooted Nexus 4 with Lollipop 5.1.1 (latest 5.1.1 stagefright OTA fix). Same bug present in both versions 39 and 40 of Firefox for Android.

Settings > Display > Text size

Change the setting to any text size. Larger or smaller. None of the different text size settings actually change the text size of anything.

Actual results:

Changing the text size setting has no effect on the size of text displayed on any website nor in Firefox's menus.

Expected results:

Selecting a smaller text size setting should cause the text of websites and Firefox's menus to appear smaller.

Selecting a larger text size setting should cause the text of websites and Firefox's menus to appear larger.

This pref does not work the way the user describes. It only takes effect on some desktop style sites as described in https://jwir3.wordpress.com/2012/07/30/font-inflation-fennec-and-you/
