1). language to be enabled by MDN admin - bug 1193548. 
2). localizers to create an account

Choose the locale on the left and you will be redirected to the page where you can localize the content.  You have the option of working directly online or download it and work offline.

Of all the projects related to FFOS launch, this has the lowest priority.
