The separated views are not able to use the confirm dialog that has been loaded in the main index.html.

We will need to import the template, and populate it.

For example:
- Go to a details view (without a sim card)
- Try to call

We should show a confirm dialog saying that the connection is not available, and we just have a js error.
[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:

This cannot be reproduced once bug 1183727 has been backout.

I'll be sure we provide the solution when we merge again 1183727
