Reproducible with:
- Firefox 41 Beta 1 - BuildID: 20150811185633

Reproducible on: Windows 7 x64, Mac OS X 10.8.5, Ubuntu 12.04 x86

Steps to reproduce:
1. On one machine (machine A) open Firefox, click on the Hello icon -> "Get Started" -> "Start a conversation".
2. Copy the conversation link and open it on another machine (machine B) and join the conversation.
3. On either machine A or B paste some large text content (e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States) and send it.
4. On machine A detach the conversation window (arrow icon top-right) and then try to resize it.

Expected results: detaching the window and then resizing it is done smoothly without hanging or lagging.

Actual results: detaching the window and then resizing it visibly hangs and lags (the redraw is sometimes very visible).

This is likely not a regression since 41 is the target for the Text Chat feature.
need to investigate why it's happening - also waiting to see how often hit or edge case.
