Description:
When the user is in the Music app listening to a song, they will observe the buttons for 'Repeat' and 'Shuffle'. Tapping the center of these buttons will cause the icon to change state (gray-to-white || inactive-to-active) and flash the UI surrounding the button. However, if the user taps the far right hand side of the button, the UI will not flash but the state of the icon will change

PreReq:
*  have 2 songs [minimum] on phone
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150812135535
2) Open the Music app
3) Toggle 'Songs' view and start playing a song
4) Tap the far right side of the 'Shuffle' button

Actual:
Icon will become tapped, but UI will not flash

Expected:
Icon will become tapped and UI will flash; similar to tapping the button center
