Details

The preferences have a setting to get watch somebody and get notified if the person has overdue requests.

If it would be tweaked so people can instantly be notified if somebody gets review requests (while the person has 'PTO' or 'away' in its name) that would be helpful (and maybe less confusing than people blocking review requests or changing their name).
