Details

releng runs the partner repacks, and I've updated the repack script to enable uploading into the s3 bucket.  However, releng (or whoever runs the script) will need keys to configure s3cmd.  Asking to get keys prep'd for them once I find the right person (coop is PTO)
We're not longer blocking bug 1196031 on this

:jlund received credentials from :mostlygeek today. Leaving this open as we have to verify both:
 a) we have s3 access from the partner box, and
 b) the credentials work
We have received credentials -- moving remaining work from comment 2 to bug 1178292
