We currently have no reference for KumaScript; instead, we rely largely on old design docs, articles that are out of date, and arcane knowledge passed down from person to person in hushed tones on IRC. We need a proper reference.

This wouldn't be a reference to JavaScript, the core of KumaScript. Instead, it would be a reference to specific details of KumaScript, such as the standard library routines we offer, with links to the JavaScript reference for the rest.
This is the responsibility of the dev team.
