Description: If the user attempts to transfer (blue tooth, email or message) a back facing Video from the Aries device to PC or Ubuntu the video will appear choppy with either low frame rate or no sound. Front facing video however does not have this effect. If the video is transferred to another Aries device the received video will play as normal. If the video is transferred to a Flame device the video will appear unstable.

I provided a logcat of taking a video on Aries. If another type of logcat is needed please let me know.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150819130905
2) Take a video using back facing.
3) Transfer video to pc (or ubuntu) using one of the following methods: USB, Ubuntu, Email or Messages

Actual:
3gp Video appears choppy or loses sound.

Expected:
It is expected that the 3gp video will play smooth with stable sound.

The Video link is an attempt at showing how a video displays on Unbuntu. Additionally, after uploading the video to YouTube the video will play correctly.
This issue does NOT occur on Flame 2.5 and 2.2.

Result: Video is playing correctly when transferred to PC or Ubuntu.

The video players used that received this error were VLC and Windows Media Player. VLC had the slow framerate / sound issues while Windows Media Player did not include video (unless it was a back facing video)

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:

User cannot properly view videos from an Aries device on other devices.

Issue is Aries only and not a regression so no window requested.

Just to be clear, back-facing camera is the one that is not on the same side as the LCD screen right? And when we play those videos on device, do they look choppy and/or missing audio as well?

I think the PC that needs to decode this video requires higher spec - on my macbook pro it seems to play with no issues.
