Repair: Modify the id attribute value so it is unique.

This code will be removed in the coming rewrite of addons.mozilla.org front end. That will be sometime in 2016, maybe 4-5 months from now. Because no one has taken this bug up for 4 months, I'm closing it based on the fact that the code will not exist. If anyone wants to work on it, on the understanding that will be removed in the future, please feel free to reopen and take it.
