The ES6 standard renders incorrectly when scrolling slowly on Linux. I cannot reproduce on OS X.

STR:

1. Go to http://www.ecma-international.org/ecma-262/6.0/index.html#sec-performeval
2. Scroll slowly, preferably one notch on a mouse wheel.
3. The body of the section whose header is position:sticky'd does not render correctly.

I can't reproduce any rendering problem there, though I do note:
 1) the page is rather large, which hurts layout performance
 2) h1 { background-color: #FDFDFC; } hides section contents behind headers
