Details

The test fail because the webm media segment doesn't end until the new one start unless the cluster has a size which we don't support.

As you can't change the timestampOffset until we're out of PARSING_MEDIA_SEGMENT segment, we are correctly rejecting failing the test.

To check that the webm cluster has a size and amend the WebMBufferParser to support cluster with sizes.
