[1.Description]:
[AriesKK_V2.5][FlameKK_V2.5]Copy a picture in browser, and then try to send this picture via message, but the send button is disabled.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Launch browser.
2.Open a link which contains a picture.
3.Long tap the picture.
4.Tap Copy image.
5.Back to home and launch message.
6.Tap new message button.
7.Tap the content input box and paste the picture.
8.Input a valid receiver.
9.Try to tap Send button.

[3.Expected Result]: 
9.We should be able to send this picture.

[4.Actual Result]: 
9.Send button is disabled.
