In Tools->Options -> Attachments the tab itself has no icon, in the top row of icons like General, Display..., Attachments, Advanced. I have observed this on Windows XP.

Missed to add attachments-XP.png to jar.mn. I started a try build. When it's finished the build is available here: https://ftp-ssl.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/try-builds/richard.marti@gmail.com-f38f3d0aa023
