Details 
The direction of "previous" and "next" should be reversed for RTL locales, and agree with the order presented in the task manager.

This issue cannot be reproduced on latest AriesKK&FlameKK v2.5 build.
Actual result:swiping from the right edge toward the left, the previous app is shown, and the last app is shown at the left of the card view in task manager.
