gps, would you mind curating a list, adding it to this bug, then moving it to bugzilla.mozilla.org::Administration?

It's possible to specify a global list for the product, and then override it on specific components within it if required.

I've since gained edit component privs, so I've added :gps as a catch-all for Developer Services - if anyone has any per-component suggestions please let me know and I'm happy to add them :-)
