There are some mochitest fails that are due to in-test platform restricts, along with at least 2 tests that have obsolete windows platform checks.

I have a=testonly from RyanVM in IRC for these (after he glanced at the try cset), so will just land them. Filing the bug to properly track
This bug was from 2015 and has been superseeded by the migration we've already done for talos tests to w10 and the taskcluster work that's ongoing.
