When u vouch someone, your description is pretty much tied to the time of the referral. At some point in the future that might be irrelevant.As we consider using the vouched to see someones activity I think we need to have a calendaristic data for it. 

Ex.Reps that become alumni, employees, contractors, former owners of modules like l10n  etc.

Vouches are not in the mozillians.org replacement, closing.
