In messenger, the sidebar should display the account folders that you have
setup...but it is currently blank. Without access to the accounts and their
folders (Inbox), Mail/News cannot be tested.

This showed up with the first M10 build on 8/17:
Machine & Builds:
Win98 with build 1999081711

NOTE: Mac and Linux still need to be tested (will do when the builds are
available)

There is something very specific that i did to cause this problem...so i am not
sure of the validity of this bug. I usually install the x86rel directory into
my c:\program files\netscape\seamonkey, but this time i created a "seamonkeyM10"
dir inside "netscape" and installed the x86rel in the new directory. If i move
the x86rel directory into the "seamonkey" directory that i usually use, the
sidebar displays all the info just fine. Downgrading severity to normal.

I have no idea what was happening earlier, but i deleted the component.reg file
and relaunched apprunner, and now everything is working fine (in both places i
installed apprunner). Sorry for all the traffic...if what i explained earlier
makes any sense and might be a real problem please reopen the bug. I am going
to mark this invalid for now.
