Firefox Nightly can't open it, no errors or prompt, just nothing happen but open a blank page.

Our community test all browsers below open that link normally:
IE8
IE11
Edge
Chromium 38.0
Opera 12.17
Firefox 24.1 ESR
Firefox 29.0.1
Firefox 31
Firefox 34

Some of the members find Firefox can open it thru proxy, but some found it's still no good with proxy.
I just tried that link in Chrome 47 and I get an error page that says:

  ERR_SPDY_INADEQUATE_TRANSPORT_SECURITY

I assume we run into something similar but don't report the error in a useful way from necko.

Yes, this is how we behave in INADEQUATE_SECURITY in h2 - it's unfortunate, to say the least. I've confirmed this is the case here via an http log (the server does not negotiate an AEAD cipher, required by 7540). There's a bug open (that I sadly haven't put much time into) to show a nice error page like chrome does - bug 1122642. I'm duping this one there.
