First launch of a new version leads to SeaMonkey Version info page like <http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/seamonkey2.35/>
A German SeaMonkey will show <http://www.seamonkey.at/releases/2.35> or similar.
But currently <http://www.seamonkey.at> maintenance only occurs occasionally ("Anmerkung: Diese Website wird nur unregelmäßig als Hobby gewartet"), so I recommend to change default page for German SM first launch to <http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/.../>, if KaiRo won't create an auto-redirect to there for empty pages.
Invalid. That's up to the localizer.

@KaiRo
It's inappropriate to show users an empty page without any information concerning the release.

What solution for the problem do you have in mind?
Don't insult me. The page is not empty.

I think you should talk to the localizer to change the reference
to the German start page elsewhere.
I am the localizer and the website admin there. If those complaints about my work on those things go on, I will just stop doing anything in SeaMonkey L10n (so far, there was no version that was not fully localized but that would change fast if I stop contributing) and shut down the site without notice.

There is nothing wrong with that start page being what it is. A needed improvement is me updating the site for the very recent releases, but my life is not centered around SeaMonkey any more nowadays and I have way more work and things to do than what I have time for, so lower-priority and (thanks for all of Rainer's complaints) less fun things like updating the SeaMonkey website get pushed out until I find time and nerves to do it.
