There has been some confusion w.r.t the relbranch between Thunderbird and Firefox builds. Patches meant for Firefox were uplifted to the Thunderbird relbranch.

Right now we also use e.g. GECKO3820_2015081310_RELBRANCH. We should change the relbranchPrefix to something like "TB" or "COMM". I believe "COMM" was used in the past.

Looking at what fennec does, this seems to be the right thing. I went with "THUNDERBIRD" now, since this matches the tag names which use e.g. THUNDERBIRD_38_2_0_RELEASE would match THUNDERBIRD3820_2015081310_RELBRANCH

This looks fine. Please keep the staging configs in sync by adding the same change when landing. That's the same filenames with a 'staging_' prefix.

Done, staging configs adapted then pushed. Thanks for the review!
