Details

Current B2G project is smartphone centric. There some features that is not available on TV platform but still being loaded. Cleaning up those features by wrapping in correct compile option can improve the RAM/ROM footprint and boot performance for TV platform. Here is a list of things we can do:

1. clean up build config and b2g/confvars.sh
2. wrap gecko preferences with appropriate compile options in b2g.js
3. avoid unnecessary JSM loading
4. avoid unnecessary XPCOM Service initialization

After that, we can provide a recommended set of build config for future TV project.
