Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load AMO-stage Dev Hub page https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/developers/ 
2. Add a new file for an add-on whose version is not available for “All Platforms” (i.e. A-1)
3. Select the file by clinking the "Select a file..." button
4. Click the “Add file” button (without checking any platform)

Expected results:
The message “This field is required” is displayed in the platforms section.

Actual results:
The message is displayed under the “Select a file...” blue button misleading the user.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF41(Win 7). Issue is reproducing on AMO-stage, dev and production.
