When the user transitions from another app to the email app, they will notice that the keyboard's animation looking like it is stuttering.

Prequisite:
No email account setup on the device. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150923113746
2) Open the "Notes" app. 
3) Tap the "+" icon in the top right corner of "My Notebook".
4) On the "New Note" page tap the "Share" button.
5) Pay close attention to the keyboard's animation when it appears in the email app.

Actual:
The keyboard's animation will appear like it stuttering when transitioning to the email app.


Expected:
The keyboard pops up smoothly when transitioning from an app to the email app.

This issue does not occur on Flame 2.5 

The keyboard pops up smoothly when transitioning from an app to the email app.
