What did you do? ================ Filed on behalf of a reader. 1. This reader discovered that visiting https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML sometimes results in a page that says he's been banned for spamming. 3. What happened? ============== This is wrong because he (a) doesn't have an MDN account, (b) is not logged in, and (c) didn't press the edit button. What should have happened? ========================== The page should appear, not a bogus ban message Is there anything else we should know? ======================================

:sheppy is going to try to get the user's IP address so we can check for a block, if that's not the problem we can use the IP to look through the logs hopefully.

Note that it only happens on this one page for the user.
