What did you do?
================
Filed on behalf of a reader.

1. This reader discovered that visiting https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML sometimes results in a page that says he's been banned for spamming.
3.

What happened?
==============
This is wrong because he (a) doesn't have an MDN account, (b) is not logged in, and (c) didn't press the edit button.

What should have happened?
==========================
The page should appear, not a bogus ban message

Is there anything else we should know?
======================================
:sheppy is going to try to get the user's IP address so we can check for a block, if that's not the problem we can use the IP to look through the logs hopefully.
Note that it only happens on this one page for the user.
MDN Web Docs' bug reporting has now moved to GitHub. From now on, please file content bugs at https://github.com/mdn/sprints/issues/ and platform bugs at https://github.com/mdn/kuma/issues/.
