I think many of mochitests were disabled on e10s because of timeout caused by unreliable waitForFocus. After bug 1206559, we should be able to re-enable most of them.
Just to clarify: waitForFocus wasn't the cause of that bug. Instead it was a bug where an attempt to call window.focus() on a child frame wasn't redirecting the request properly to the parent.
