Whilst messing about with bugzilla, I noticed that the scrollbars weren't
refreshing properly.

Here's a pic of the problem:

The scrollbars still worked fine, just simply weren't being diplayed properly. 
The problem seems to come and go, unfortunately.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and guess it's a problem with the Classic theme.

WorksForMe using Mac/2002052305 (1.0) and both Modern and Classic themes.

Brett, is this problem still reproducible using a current build?

I haven't messed with this in a while.  I'd rather focus on OSX problems...OS9
dev seems to me to be (quite politely) a dead end.
