On my 2560x1440 monitor, with Windows 7 and Control Panel\Appearance and
Personalization\Display set to Medium - 125%, clicking on this image causes us to zoom in. However, we do not zoom in to 100% (1:1 pixels) as expected. We zoom in further to some unknown >100% zoom level.

IE11 has the same bug, but Chrome handles it correctly.

I guess this may be the intended effect from the "125%" setting, I'm just having trouble imagining in what use cases this is the desired effect.
