Details

1.) Edit a CA, change a setting, and click OK.
2.) Reopen the Cert Manager.
What happens: The edited cert has doubled, it is now listed twice. Trying to 
edit any of both certs shows you the correct trust that you gave it in the 
previous edit operation.
