Details

To be able to file the blocklisting bug we'll need to know what the uuid/guid is.  Only strictly necessary while we're generating it - if it was developer supplied we can just read the manifest in the zip.
https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/pull/3397 will expose it in the API responses
